§ 28-42-25. Creation of administration account — Sources.

For the purpose of carrying out chapters 42 — 44 of this title and chapter 102 of title 42 and providing for the administration of these chapters, there is created within the general fund an employment security administration account, referred to as the "administration account,â€� to consist of all moneys that may from time to time be appropriated by the general assembly, or received from the Secretary of Labor of the United States, the railroad retirement board, or other agency, or that may be transferred from the employment security tardy account fund, or the job development fund, for the administration of those chapters. Moneys received from the railroad retirement board as compensation either for services or for facilities supplied to that board shall be paid into this account. Notwithstanding any provision of this section, all money received in this account for the payment of expenses incurred pursuant to an appropriation duly made by the legislature in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 1103 shall remain part of the employment security fund and shall be used only in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 1103.
