§ 28-42-12. Election by exempt employer to become subject to provisions.

Any employing unit for which services are performed that do not constitute employment as defined in this chapter, may file a written election with the director that all services performed by individuals in its employ in one or more distinct establishments or places of business, shall be deemed to constitute employment for all the purposes of chapters 42 — 44 of this title for not less than two (2) calendar years.
