§ 28-41-41. Criminal prosecution.
All criminal actions for any violation of chapters 39 — 41 of this title, or any rule or regulation of the department shall be prosecuted by the attorney general, or by any qualified member of the Rhode Island bar, who shall be designated by the director and approved by the attorney general to institute and prosecute that action.
