§ 28-39-7. Creation of reserve fund — Sources.

(a) There is created the temporary disability insurance reserve fund, to be administered in the manner subsequently prescribed in this chapter, without liability on the part of the state beyond the amounts paid into and earned by the reserve fund. This reserve fund shall consist of:

(1) All contributions;

(2) All penalties paid subsequent to June 30, 1947, pursuant to §§ 28-39-23 — 28-39-32 and §§ 28-40-1 — 28-40-8;

(3) All other moneys paid into and received by the reserve fund;
