§ 28-39-15. Procedural regulations — Record of proceedings and testimony.

The manner in which any disputed claims or any other controversies arising out of the interpretation or application of chapters 39 — 41 of this title are presented, or the manner in which hearings and appeals are conducted, shall be in accordance with the prescribed regulations, whether or not those regulations conform to common law or statutory rules of evidence and other technical rules of procedure. A full and complete record shall be kept of all proceedings in connection with a disputed claim. All testimony at any hearing upon a disputed claim shall be recorded but need
