§ 28-33-11. Notice of hearings — Time of decision.
No hearing shall be held by the workers' compensation court or any judge of that court under §§ 28-33-5 — 28-33-10 unless written notice of the hearing is sent to the employer and employee five (5) days before the time of the hearing. The decision shall be rendered within seventy-two
(72)hours after the hearing, unless the parties agree otherwise.
