§ 28-3-3.2. Revocation or suspension of permit.

The permit of any child issued pursuant to § 28-3-3 may be revoked or suspended by the school committee that issued the permit if upon the recommendation of the principal of the school that the child attends, to the school committee, that the issuance of the permit appears detrimental to the well-being of the student, detrimental to the academic success of the student, or the student has failed to comply with all of the legal requirements concerning school attendance. The child shall be afforded written notice and a hearing before the school committee before any revocation or suspension takes effect. A
