§ 28-27-25.1. Judicial enforcement.
The district court shall have jurisdiction to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter upon petition being filed by the director of labor and training, or his or her designee, and notice being given to the person or persons charged with a violation of the provisions of this chapter, and it may issue any process of injunction, mandamus, or otherwise that in the opinion of the court is necessary to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter, but no ex parte restraining order shall be issued unless upon showing satisfactory to the court that danger to life or property is imminent,
