§ 28-26-15. Appropriation and disbursements.

For the purpose of carrying this chapter into effect, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) is annually appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to be expended for the payment of an investigator, secretary, and clerical assistants, and for other necessary expenses incurred by the hoisting engineers' licensing section in the performance of its duties. The state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders on the general treasurer for payment of the sums so appropriated, or so much of them as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by him or her
