§ 28-25-4. Authorized inspectors.

The administrator through the chief inspector of the division of occupational safety may issue a commission to act as an authorized inspector to any person employed by the division of occupational safety or by an insurance company authorized to insure boilers against explosion in this state who holds a certificate of competency having passed a written examination approved by the administrator, or in lieu of the examination, who holds a certificate of competency as an inspector of boilers from a state that has a standard of examination equal to that of this state, or who holds a certificate issued by the
