§ 28-25-20. Reports to general assembly and governor.
The administrator of the division of occupational safety shall make a report to the general assembly in January, biennially, in the even years, setting forth the number of boilers inspected by the division and the number of boilers reported to the division and exempted from inspection under the provisions of this chapter, so far as the administrator shall be able to determine the number, and also making any recommendations that he or she shall see fit, for the promotion of public safety.
