§ 28-22-2. Penalties for nonpayment.

(a) Any person who has violated any provisions of chapter 6 of title 5 entitled "Electricians,� chapter 26 of this title entitled "Hoisting Engineers,� chapter 27 of this title entitled "Mechanical Trades,� chapter 70 of title 5 entitled "Telecommunications,� and chapter 20 of title 5 entitled "Plumbers, Irrigators, and Water System Installers,� whether duly registered with the office of the secretary of state or not, and has been levied a fine by the director of labor and training, is required to submit penalties due to the department of labor and training, division of professional regulation, within thirty (30) days
