§ 28-22-1.1. Restricted receipts account.

All proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of chapter 6 of title 5 entitled "Electricians,� chapter 26 of this title entitled "Hoisting Engineers,� chapter 27 of this title entitled "Mechanical Trades,� chapter 45 of this title entitled "Apprenticeship Programs in Trade and Industry,� chapter 12 of title 37 entitled "Contractors' bonds,� and chapter 13 of title 37 entitled "Labor and Payment of Debts by Contractors,� shall be deposited as general revenues.
