§ 28-21-6. Access to written records — Availability.

Chemical identification lists required by this chapter as defined in § 28-21-1 and/or material safety data sheets shall be made available upon request for examination and copying to any affected employee or employee representative of employee(s) within three (3) working days of the request, not including weekends or holidays. Upon being informed of the failure of an employer to provide the information as required, the director of the department of labor and training shall within seven (7) days make demand upon the employer for the information, and the employer shall subsequently provide the reques
