§ 28-2-7. Rules and regulations for assignment — Circumstances to be considered.

As soon as the proclamation has been issued as provided in § 28-2-1, it shall be the duty of the director of labor and training to prepare and publish any rules and regulations governing the assignment of persons to work under this chapter as will assure that all persons similarly circumstanced are, as far as it is possible to do so, treated alike. In assigning anyone to work, the director of labor and training shall take into consideration the age, physical condition, and any other appropriate circumstances of the person so assigned, and the rules and regulations to be promulgated
