§ 28-18-8. Removal of material processed in unauthorized homework.

The director of labor and training, or his or her authorized representative, may remove any material or article that is being processed in a home in violation of any provision of this chapter and may retain it until claimed by the employer. If the material or article is labeled as required by § 28-18-15, the director of labor and training shall by registered or certified mail give notice of the removal to the person whose name and address is affixed to the article as provided by § 28-18-15.
