§ 28-18-5. Employer's license and renewal fees.

(a) A fee of three hundred dollars ($300) shall be paid to the director of labor and training on behalf of the state of Rhode Island for the original issuance of an employer's license.

(b) For each annual renewal of an employer's license, the employer shall pay to the director of labor and training a fee of:

(1) Forty dollars ($40.00) where the employer is delivering or causing to be delivered industrial homework to five (5) persons or less;

(2) Eighty dollars ($80.00) where
