§ 28-18-14. Compliance with law — Employer's license — Contractors and distributors.

No person shall carry on industrial homework except in accordance with this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of any other state law or regulation. Every person desiring to employ homeworkers in this state must procure from the director of labor and training an employer's license. The license shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of § 28-18-3 upon application made on a form prescribed by the director of labor and training, and upon payment of the fee required by § 28-18-5.
