§ 28-14-10.2. Deduction of premium for prepaid legal services.

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon the written authorization of an employee of any state agency, the disbursing officer shall deduct from the employee's wages and forward to the designated prepaid legal services plan that employee's contributions, subscriptions, or premium payments under the plan.

(b) All plans receiving funds under this section shall reimburse the state for the administrative costs of making the deductions.
