§ 28-12-21. More favorable laws preserved.

Any standards relating to minimum wages, maximum hours, overtime compensation, or other working conditions in effect under any other law of this state that are more favorable to employees than those applicable to those employees under this chapter or the regulations and orders issued under this chapter, shall not be deemed to be amended, rescinded, or otherwise affected by this chapter but shall continue in full force and effect and may be enforced as provided by law unless and until they are specifically superseded by standards more favorable to those employees by operation or in accordance wit
