§ 27-9.2-1. Independent medical examinations.
When the medical condition of a person is material to a first or third party automobile
            insurance claim that has been or may be made for past or future medical payment benefits,
            the person shall submit to a noninvasive medical examination by physicians. Every
            automobile insurance policy issued in this state shall include reasonable provisions
            for an examination of persons claiming medical payment benefits.
