§ 27-1-18. Limited injunction without receivership.
The court may also issue a limited or temporary injunction, staying proceedings in
            any particulars and for any length of time as in the opinion of the court may be necessary
            for the safety of the public and the proper management of the affairs of the corporation,
            without proceeding to the appointment of a receiver.
