§ 27-9-47. Hearings on rules and decisions of commissioner.

Any insurer or rating organization aggrieved by any order or decision of the commissioner or by any rule or regulation adopted and promulgated by the commissioner may within thirty (30) days after notice to the insurer or organization make a written request to the commissioner for a hearing, except that a hearing provided for by §§ 27-9-16 — 27-9-21 shall be held as provided in those sections. Within twenty (20) days after the receipt of that written request, the commissioner shall hear the party or parties and shall give not less than ten (10) days' written notice of the time and place of the hearing.
