§ 27-9-35. Unlawful joint underwriting or reinsurance practices.
If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that any activity or practice of any joint
            underwriting or reinsurance group, association, or other organization is unfair or
            unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the commissioner
            may issue a written order specifying in what respects the activity or practice is
            unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and requiring
            the discontinuance of the activity or practice.
