§ 27-9-21. Filed schedules and plans not to be disapproved if rates meet requirements.

No manual of classifications, rules, rating plan, or any modification of any of these that establishes standards for measuring variations in hazards or expense provisions, or both, and that has been filed pursuant to the requirements of §§ 27-9-7 — 27-9-15, shall be disapproved if the rates produced by it meet the requirements of this chapter.
