§ 27-73-5. Officers, quorum, meetings.

(a) The board shall elect from its own membership such officers as it sees fit.

(b) Seven (7) members of the board in office shall constitute a quorum.

(c) Decisions of the board shall be made by a majority vote of the members present.

(d) Meetings may be called by the chair, or at the written request of four (4) members.

(e) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once every month, and those meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with chapter 46 of title
