§ 27-7.1-7.1. Information to be furnished insureds.
Every advisory organization and every insurer shall, within a reasonable time after
            receiving a written request, furnish to any insured affected by a rate made by the
            insurer, or the authorized representative of the insured, all pertinent information
            as to that rate.
