§ 27-7.1-13.1. False or misleading information.

No person, firm, corporation, association, or organization shall willfully withhold information that will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter or knowingly give false or misleading information to the director, any statistical agency or advisory organization designated by the director or any insurer.
