§ 27-7-5. Information to injured party.

Any insurance company doing business in this state shall reveal to an injured party making a claim against an insured the amount of the limits of liability coverage upon receiving a request in writing for that information from the injured party or the injured party's attorney. A reply shall be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the request.
