§ 27-66-26. Conflict of law.
The provisions of this chapter shall supersede the provisions of chapters 19, 20,
            and 41 of this title in conflict with this chapter. Except as expressly provided in
            this chapter, this chapter shall supersede chapter 35 of this title with respect to
            conversions subject to this chapter, except for conversions involving domestic insurance
            companies subject to chapter 1 of this title, which conversion shall be subject to
            chapter 35 of this title.

§ 27-66-26. Conflict of law.
