§ 27-61-3. Unfair discrimination against subjects of abuse prohibited.
No insurer issuing or renewing a policy of life insurance in this state shall engage
            in an unfairly discriminatory act or practice against a subject of abuse, and that
            act or practice is deemed to be an unfair or deceptive act or practice under chapter
            29 of this title.
