§ 27-6-40. Reports on examinations — Hearing and filing.
The commissioner shall prepare a report of any examination held pursuant to § 27-6-39 and shall, within a reasonable time following completion of that report, furnish
            each rating organization, group, association, or other organization examined with
            a copy of it. Any rating organization, advisory organization, group, association,
            or other organization may, within thirty (30) days after the receipt of a copy of
            the report, request the commissioner for a hearing on the report, which shall be held
            by the commissioner upon ten (10) days' written notice to the rating organization,

Following that hearing the commissioner may affirm, modify, or withdraw the report. Any report or modification of the report shall be filed in the office of the commissioner as a public record, or if no hearing is requested within the period of thirty (30) days, the report shall be filed at the expiration of that period.
