§ 27-6-38. Unlawful practices of joint underwriters or reinsurers.
If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that any activity or practice of any group,
            association, or other organization of joint underwriters or insurers is unfair or
            unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the commissioner
            may issue a written order specifying in what respects that activity or practice is
            unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and requiring
            the discontinuance of that activity or practice.
