§ 27-6-36. Use of information from noncomplying advisory organization.

No insurer that makes its own filings or any rating organization shall support its filings by statistics, or adopt ratemaking recommendations, furnished to it by an advisory organization that has not complied with §§ 27-6-33 — 27-6-35, or with an order of the commissioner involving those statistics or recommendations issued under § 27-6-35. If the commissioner finds any insurer or rating organization to be in violation of this section the commissioner may issue an order requiring the discontinuance of that violation.
