§ 27-6-15. Compliance with rate filings required.
No insurer shall make or issue a contract or policy at a rate or premium in excess
            of filings that are in effect for that insurer as provided in this chapter or in accordance
            with § 27-6-13 or § 27-6-14. This section shall not apply to contracts or policies for inland marine risks as
            to which filings are not required.
