§ 27-54-6. Injunctions.
If the attorney general or the director, or his or her designee, has reason to believe
            that a person is engaged in conduct prohibited by this chapter, he or she may petition
            an appropriate court for an order prohibiting that person from further engaging in
            that conduct. The filing of a petition under this section does not preclude any other
            remedy that is available by law.
