§ 27-5-10. Penalty for nonconforming policy — Validity.
Any insurance company or insurance producer who shall make, issue, or deliver a policy
            of fire insurance in willful violation of §§ 27-5-1 — 27-5-9, or any part of those sections, shall forfeit for each offense not less than fifty
            dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200); but the policy shall be
            binding upon the company issuing it.
