§ 27-44-22. Severability.
If any provisions of this chapter, or the application of the provisions to any person
            or circumstances, are held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, and the application
            of the provisions to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held
            invalid, shall not be affected by that invalidity.
