§ 27-44-16. Assessment for review pursuant to title 42, chapter 14.
The director may appoint an actuary to assist the director in the performance of his
            or her duties pursuant to this chapter. The actuary shall serve under the direction
            of the director and shall be removable at the pleasure of the director. Insurance
            companies doing business in this state under the provisions of this chapter shall
            be assessed pursuant to § 42-14-10.
