§ 27-43-11. Laws applicable.
No provisions of this title, other than those contained in this chapter or contained
            in specific references contained in this chapter, shall apply to captive insurance
            companies. Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions
            of any other law, general, special, or local, the provisions of this chapter shall
            be controlling.
