§ 27-42-5. Subject to state laws.

Any person or entity unable to show that the person or entity is subject to the jurisdiction of another department of this state, any subdivision of this state, or the federal government, shall be subject to all appropriate provisions of this title and of chapter 62 of title 42, regarding the conduct of the person or entity's business.
