§ 27-41-67. Determination of maximum coverage limitation for prescription drug benefits.
The calculation of subscriber maximum coverage limitations for prescription drug coverage
            shall be based upon the actual cost incurred by the health maintenance organization
            for the purchase of the covered prescription drug.
