§ 27-41-62. Temporary credentials.
Notwithstanding any requirements of any health maintenance organization accrediting
            body or organization to the contrary, each health maintenance organization licensed
            under this chapter may credential a provider on a conditional basis while the health
            maintenance organization reviews the application submitted by the provider for inclusion
            in the health maintenance organization network or networks.
