Text

§ 27-41-29. Severability.
If any section, term, or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid for any
            reason, that judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any other section, term,
            or provision of this chapter, but the remaining sections, terms, and provisions shall
            be and remain in full force and effect.
