§ 27-41-19. Rules and regulations.
The director of business regulation and the director of health shall, after notice
            and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations that are necessary or proper
            to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Those rules and regulations shall be
            subject to review in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
