§ 27-4.1-3. Authority to transact business.
Any insurance company incorporated by or under the laws of this state or any foreign
            or alien insurance company duly licensed to do business in this state may transact
            the business of legal services insurance, if that company is authorized to do property
            and casualty and/or accident and health insurance business in this state.
