§ 27-4-25. Physical exam by insurance company.
Any applicant for life insurance with any company organized or doing business within
            this state shall be provided, upon request, any and all medical reports by a physician
            or other medical personnel that were performed at the request or the direction of
            that company. These reports shall only be provided to a physician of the applicant's
            choice whether the applicant receives a rating or rejection from a company and the
            provisions of this section shall also apply to medical examinations performed pursuant
            to applications for an increase in insurance coverage.
