§ 27-33-4. Creation of fund.
There is created a fund to be known as the "federal riot reinsurance reimbursement
            fund,â€� referred to in this chapter as "the fund,â€� which shall be operated under the
            joint control of the general treasurer and the director of business regulation. The
            fund shall consist of all of the payments made to the fund by insurers in accordance
            with the provisions of this chapter. The tax administrator shall have the same power
            to enforce the collection of the assessments provided under this chapter as any other
            obligations due the state.
