§ 27-33-3. Inspection and statements.
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall
            arise against insurers, any inspection bureau, placement facility, or underwriting
            association, or their directors, agents, or employees, or the director of business
            regulation or his or her authorized representatives, for any inspections undertaken
            or statements made by any of them concerning the property to be insured, and any reports
            and communications in connection with any inspections or statements shall not be considered
            public documents.
