§ 27-30-12. Enforcement.

The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, issue rules and regulations as the commissioner deems appropriate for the supervision of this chapter. Whenever the commissioner finds that there has been a violation of this chapter or any rules or regulations issued pursuant to it, after written notice of the violation and hearing given to the insurer or other person authorized or licensed by the commissioner, he or she shall set forth the details of the findings together with an order for compliance by a specified date. The order shall be binding on the insurer and other persons authorized or licensed by the comm
